Chronic-patient health tracking app

A healthtech founder came to us with a validated idea and no design direction — clinicians liked the concept, but the interface wasn't proving it. We spent the first two weeks mapping how patients actually track symptoms day to day, not how a chart says they should. The result shipped as a working MVP in 8 weeks and is now used daily by over 500 patients.

Fenwick

Inventory management for small retailers

Fenwick's inventory platform worked, but users were abandoning onboarding halfway through — the product was solving the right problem with the wrong first impression. We rebuilt onboarding around the one task retailers needed on day one, cutting everything else until later. Drop-off fell by half, and the new flow became the template for the rest of the product.

Nova Grid

Infrastructure monitoring for renewable energy

Engineers monitoring renewable energy infrastructure were reading raw data with no visual system to catch problems early. We designed a dashboard around one question: what needs attention right now. It's now used by three energy operators to catch issues before they escalate.
